Process Published specification
Hydraulic bending 550-ton press brake for cones, small-radius bends and thick-section forming.
Hydraulic forming 400-ton hydraulic press with NC control.
Plate shearing Plates up to 16 mm thick and 6 m long.
High-tensile plate rolling Up to 10 ft length × 2 in thickness (3,048 × 50.8 mm).
Hardox / Weldox rolling Up to 10 ft length × 1 in thickness (3,048 × 25.4 mm).
CNC flame cutting Mild steel up to 300 mm thick; listed plate size 3,000 × 12,000 mm.
CNC plasma cutting Stainless steel: 25 mm production piercing; 50 mm severance capacity. Listed plate size 3,000 × 12,000 mm.
Radial drilling Holes up to Ø 50 mm, subject to tooling availability and project requirements.
Welding SAW, MIG, TIG and SMAW processes, including a 4 m × 4 m column-and-beam submerged arc welding machine.
